Telebanking Customer’s remote self-service channel enabling the Customer with the help of telephone with tone dialing:
«Telebanking» service is a unique ability to receive information and submit orders to execute major transactions under accounts on the round-the-clock basis. To start wording with automatic call center you need to dial number of call center. During greeting and after it please switch your phone to tone dial mode, enter transaction menu and enter Login and Password. After successful identification follow instructions of voice menu and manage your accounts from your office or home. In case of any difficulties during work in an automated call center you can leave any menu item Call Center operators will assist in solving your problem. Please remember that while executing self-services in the automated call center you can always rely on support and qualified assistance of our bank’s officer.
