BTA Bank kindly informs its customers that since February 23, 2009 they can enjoy extended working schedule of Internet-Banking Support Service. Now you can contact us from 8 a.m. till 9 p.m. (Almaty time) on business days, and from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m. (Almaty time) on days-off and holidays at:
8 (727) 2500-252, 2500-111, 2500-222 – for Almaty;
8 8000 800 111- free-of-charge call from city phones from any region of Kazakhstan;
0577 – free-of-charge call for Beeline users around Kazakhstan.

«BTA Bank»JSC reminds on possibility to get advice on free-of-charge intercity number.
Customers around all regions of the country can learn on bank’s products and services, select optimal service program in BTA via call center on 8-8000-800-111 – all expenses for intercity calls shall be covered the Bank.
Besides, Beeline customers from any region of Kazakhstan can use brief number– 0577 which is also free-of-charge. Almaty residents can use 2 500-111, 2 500-222 dial-up numbers.
Call center officers will kindly consult in Kazakh and Russian languages. Sophisticated equipment enables to process a large number of incoming calls to reduce waiting time.
Call center operators receive calls from 8.00 to 21.00 on business days and from 9 to 18.00 on days-off and holidays.
