To enter the system it is necessary to:

• go to www.btanetwork.kz/internet or http://my.bta.kz/;
• point username and password provided during registration in Internet-banking system

Registration and connection to the system is free of charge.

Registration procedure

If You are the primary holder of the bank valid payment card and You want to register in the system:

• go to www.btanetwork.kz/internet ot http://my.bta.kz/;
• use «"Registration» reference

You need to:

• Step № 1. Accept the terms of User’s agreement;
• Step № 2. Client identification is made by last BTA ATM receipt (cheque) data;
• Step № 3. Client identification by card number, valid period and code word or last ATM statement data;
• Step № 4. Contact information shall be specified: mobile and e-mail, Password and memory word will be provided to confirm all actions in the system;
• Termination of the registration in the system. In case all steps of the registration are correct you will see a message on the screen confirming the termination of the registration.
