In order to get service successfully and with certainly in security of your bank accounts through the channels of distant service, each of you should have special means of access and information on its right usage.

Means of access is set of instruments, passwords and rules of its usage for client identification in the net of channels of distant service. Means of access can be used even during the calling to the Contact center, for example for the information on bank accounts or during the switching over from “Phone banking” service.

Before starting the work with any channel of distant service study carefully the rules of usage and storing the means of access to them.

The main means of access to the channels of bank distant service are:

Payment card — means of access to cash assets of the card through the point-of-sale terminals or other facilities, containing information, allowing to the holder of such card to realize the payments , receive cash money, exchange currency and do other operations, determined by the card issuer and on its terms. It is used in conjunction with unique PIN–code for access to cash-point, payment terminal.

Registration of user — grant of rights of access user on service in the system of Internet-banking. At registration in the system user is given the username (name of the user) and password for entering to the system.

Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) — set of electronic digital symbols, created by cryptographic facilities and acknowledges the electronic document, its accessory to the client and permanence of content.

Username(name of the user) — unique consecution of digital and/or letter symbols, given to client during the passing registration. Jointly with password it serves for user identification in system of Internet-banking.

Code word of blocking the card — combination of letters and/or numbers noted by client in application for issue payment card, used for blocking card in case of loss or theft.

Password — known only by client sequence of digital (or letter-digital) symbols, connected with given to client Username (name of the user) and used for client authentication in system of Internet-banking.

Authentication(identification) — procedure of parameter matching, characterizing user, procedure or data, specified criterions.

Authorization — confirmation or permission actions by bank, performing by User, for realizing operations in system of distant service.
